Which? Best hearing-aid providers report in 2022 - Independents rated the highest!
Getting the right hearing aids involves making a fair few important choices. Do you buy privately or go NHS? How much should you pay, and which providers give the best experience, product range and aftercare?
To find out, Which? surveyed 2,192 hearing-aid users about their experiences – from which places offer the best facilities and product choices to those that offer the best value for money.

Which? used the results of their 2022 hearing aid user survey to calculate customer satisfaction ratings for hearing aid providers, including Amplifon, Boots Hearing Care, Specsavers Audiology and Hidden Hearing, and independent retailers.
They asked hearing-aid customers about eight key areas of care, including the suitability and comfort of products they were offered, hearing-aid value for money, aftercare and facilities at the UK's biggest hearing-aid retailers, and calculated an overall customer score for each brand.
Independent hearing aid providers achieved an overall customer score of 85% and received top ratings for the thoroughness of their testing and testing environment, staffing, product range and aftercare!
