ReSound Assist makes it possible for our users of the latest ReSound hearing aids to have face-to-face video appointments with us. We know it can be difficult for some clients to get to us for a follow-up appointment and ReSound Assist Live Assistance makes it possible to supplement these visits with online, face-to-face appointments.

Remote Support by Phonak allows us to connect, assist and support your listening needs remotely. This means you can have your hearing aids adjusted and optimised in real-time via the myPhonak app.
